Hello Charles Kenyon, I've purshaed this product (Office Home & Student 2016 for Mac) on JULY-2017 under one-time purchase plan and its working fine till the time. Now every time on opening MS word/excel/powerpoint, application asking for activation also on clicking 'about' its showing License not active. If I'm trying to activate with my user ID and password its shows no License attached with my account where as my product or purchase are registered with MS. Also I'm not able to connect with support as waiting time not matching with IST.
