I'm having a problem with a '40 years of the X-Men' DVD-Rom that I purchased; it won't mount in my slot DVD drive. I previously bought a '40 years of the Fantastic Four' DVD-Rom from the same company; that worked and still works fine. I have already exchanged the DVD-Rom so I know it wasn't just that one DVD.
